Detailed content of the project a description of: "Elisa eLearning and HR System" is an innovative cloud-based SaaS platform that combines corporate e-learning and HR management. and full HR functionality. The system is based on Oracle APEX low-code/no-code technology, allowing for fast and cost-effective customisation. Its integrated HR module covers recruitment, employee registration, performance evaluation and training management, while the built-in Big Data analytics provides real-time reporting, predictive analytics and KPI monitoring The platform runs on modern cloud infrastructure and is scalable, secure and mobile-friendly, with native application and offline access. Supported by Digital Citizenship functionalities (e.g. digital signature, identification), multilingual use and international standards.

Deliverables: Project A contributes to the digital transformation of SMEs, reduces administrative burden administrative burden, increases training efficiency and is fully aligned with the DIMOP Plus programme objectives.
